A few hours between trains and this is close. Again, after lugging this year for most of the USA, I packed too much guff.

$3.50 shrimp taco. Excellent!

The conductor announced a freight train struck a pedestrian but "new crew is waiting at the site to clear the train". So, we're stalled in Pomona California.

Arizona, where California Time starts

Due to odd quirk of AZ skipping daylight time, I get to LA time sooner. Now only 90 minutes to the AMTRAK prix fixe dinner. Already thinking of the lemon dessert.
